Next update of Prototype

Fixexd two bugs:

- one error, when placing icons back from board to original panels

- one error regarding tiles popping up on the last screen

New Features:

- added new types of balloons

- added new types of "weapons"  (powershots)

Plans:

- bombs

- (maybe circle power shoots)

- explosion animation for balloons
